About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website, book a class, buy a class pass, or rent studio space from Fit & Fab Pole Fitness Studio, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. By making a booking you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not book.

They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

Booking and confirmation

Submitting the booking form does not by itself secure your place. A booking is confirmed only once we have verified your payment, at which point the status shown under My Bookings changes to paid.

Places are limited by the equipment available in the studio, so we confirm in the order payments are verified. If a class fills before your payment is verified, we will contact you to move you to another session or arrange a refund.

Payment

Payment is made directly through the e-wallet or bank details shown on the booking page. You then submit the sender name, the reference number and a screenshot as proof. We verify these manually, usually within one business day.

Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows

To cancel or move a booking, contact us at least 24 hours before the class starts and we will reschedule you into another session or issue a credit. Inside that window, and for missed classes, the session is treated as used.

If the studio cancels a class — instructor illness, equipment problems, weather or anything else — you may move to another session or have that session returned to your pass, whichever you prefer.

Class passes and memberships

Passes are personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred. Validity periods and what each pass includes are shown on the Membership page and confirmed at the time of purchase. Passes are not exchangeable for cash.

Studio rental

Rented sessions cover the time booked. Please leave the studio and equipment as you found it. Anyone renting the space is responsible for their own safety and the safety of anyone they bring with them, and for any damage to equipment beyond ordinary wear.

Health, safety and your responsibilities

Pole and aerial training is physically demanding and carries a genuine risk of injury. By taking part you confirm that:

• You are in good enough health to take part, and have consulted a doctor if you are unsure
• You will tell your instructor before class about injuries, medical conditions, or if you are pregnant
• You will follow instructor guidance, including on progressions, spotting and equipment use
• You will not attempt moves you have not been taught, and will not train under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Participation is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for injury or loss arising from your participation, except where it results from our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Behaviour in the studio

We want the studio to feel safe for everyone. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe, harassing or discriminatory, without a refund. Please ask before photographing or filming in class — other people are training too.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to the email address or social account you sign in with. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account used to make fraudulent bookings or to submit false proof of payment.

Content on this site

The text, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to Fit & Fab Pole Fitness Studio and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Class timetables, prices and availability may change; we aim to keep the site accurate but cannot guarantee it is free of error at every moment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the terms that apply to a booking are those published when the booking was made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
