Do I need experience to start?

No. Our classes are built for complete beginners — no strength, flexibility or dance background needed.

What should I wear?

Shorts and a fitted top. Bare skin on your legs and arms helps you grip the pole, and please skip lotion beforehand.

Is there an age requirement?

Our classes are for adults 18 and over. Get in touch if you'd like to ask about younger students.

Can I come and watch first?

Absolutely — message us and we'll let you know when you can drop by and see the space.
